As a Title I instructor, Reading Specialist, and Federal Programs Liaison, Mike Williams has the knowledge and expertise to work with your Title I and Title III staff members to help them work with the most academically fragile students in your school.

MHEC offers training sessions on the various aspects of small group instruction, team teaching, high interest instructional strategies, and implementing a federal program in your school.
